Hi, some time ago I needed new uprights for my 1955 Ace, AE103. Despite a long and fruitless search I decided to have two made. This entailed having patterns made and then cast. I have sold the patterns and a pair of uprights to Charlie Gray at Brooklands Cars, Weybridge, Surrey, UK. Perhaps he may be able to help.

Hi, I have AE103 with AC engine. My SU fuel pump is mounted high in the left hand corner of the boot. It was originally located on the boot floor but  had it modified so that it was out of the way. Can send photo if required. Peter.

Hi, start the car and get the engine up to temperature and turn off. Restart the engine with first gear engaged and the clutch depressed then accelerate hard, if this doesn't work try several more times. Make sure you're on a quiet road!! Does anyone know to the whereabouts or have any information about AE102? The only information I have is the factory record available on the ACOC website.

It is impossible for me to log onto the FORUM. Despite being a fully paid up member of the ACOC the forum still doesn't recognise me and thinks I'm a GUEST. I have no problem with logging onto the web site, it's just the forum that's the issue. I've had some advice from Brian Mosely, thanks Brian, but this has proved to be ineffective. I've also been advised to buy a new computer but that seems a drastic solution to what should be a simple fix. I am currently using someone else's computer to write this post without any difficulty.
