Just a note to those owners needing a new Thermostat Housing, i have these now available, they are made to suit modern thermostats which have heat Ranges from 68 degrees Centigrade Up.

Hello Robin, am I right in presuming that the housings are for the later engines rather than a modification to the pre war ones.

Yes these are for Post War engines for the 2-litre saloon, Ace & Aceca fitted with Weller engines.

I have bought one of these from Robin for my ACE and they are great. Perfect fit that takes modern racing thermostats.

Hi Robin is it just the housing or do you have the 2 litre top hose connector too?

I have a couple of the 90 degree type which are AC New Old Stock!
I have casting patterns made to make more of these with extended length for hose connection, i understand both of these are to suit Ace & Aceca's
You could possibly adapt the rubber hose for use on 2-Litre cars.
