Title: Forum Issues
Post by: administrator on June 25, 2024, 07:57:43
After a series of problems with the Forum, our providers have rebuilt it with the latest version of the software. hence the different look.  Everything I have tested so far works fine, but please let me know of any issues.

Well Done!
login works fine now. Search function works fine when logged in. But the captcha verification text is very small and incomplete, one needs to play the letters and then insert to activate the search feature, see attached screen dump.

P.S Received this notification when attaching picture:

"The message has the following error or errors that must be corrected before continuing:

There is an icon (just right of the YouTube icon) that allows you to hotlink an image from another hosting site, but I don't see anything that allows you to directly attach/upload an image.

The bar just below the reply textbox that says "Click or drag files here to attach them." doesn't seem to work. It gives an error message saying to contact the Administrator. Not sure what the problem is.

"The attachments directory can not be located. Please notify an administrator of this problem."

The hosting option is probably ticked off for now as a matter of data volume management?

Looks like this has been fixed.  You have to select your file rather than using 'drag and drop' - I'll see if we can get that working as well.
